To encourage people to our exhibition stand at International Confex, visitors were invited to take part in a free VIP X Factor draw.
The prize would enable 2 lucky persons to experience accommodation for 2 nights at a city hotel, all meals for the duration of their stay and a private table in the hospitality section of the Grandstand at Carlisle Racecourse with an afternoon of racing, followed by a live concert in front of over 8,000 people from 4 of the finalists of the X Factor.

The winner of the competition was Caroline Ellis of WRP Ltd and, on Sunday 25th July, she and a friend travelled to Cumbria to enjoy a VIP X Factor weekend.
In addition to enjoying 2 nights accommodation at the Crown & Mitre Hotel in Carlisle city centre, the girls experienced first class service and hospitality at Carlisle Racecourse where they would enjoy a selection of fine food for lunch, afternoon tea and variety of wines - all from their own table.
Their table in the hospitality suites at Carlisle Racecourse was even positioned to directly overlook the concert stage.
Following their meal, 4 of the X Factor finalists, Jamie (Affro) Archer, Lucie Jones, Jedward and Olly Murs took to the stage.
