This high-profile commercial, advertised Virgin train services and saw a crew of over 130 people descend on Cumbria for part of the filming. Referring to its size and scale, one of the production team, described it as being similar to a feature film shoot.
The stunning backdrop of the hills
surrounding the Tebay Gorge provided the perfect setting, as a group of Native Americans on horseback attacked a Virgin Pendolino train, speeding through the glorious Cumbrian countryside, in this iconic advert from 2006.
